Do you love the satisfaction of watching a project come together, from first estimate to final installation? If so, we want to meet you. We're a growing sign shop looking for a Project Manager to be the driving force behind our customer projects. This isn't a desk job where you disappear into spreadsheets, you'll be the go-to person connecting our customers, our production team, and our installers, making sure every project runs smoothly and every customer feels taken care of.

What You'll Do:

Keep Things Moving You'll own the overall schedule, making sure projects stay on track from concept to completion. You'll oversee the installation schedule and assign tasks to the team as needed, keeping everyone aligned and moving in the same direction. Be the Customer's Trusted Partner You'll manage the majority of our customer correspondence, which means you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on.

Your day-to-day will include:

Presenting polished proofs and estimates (prepared by our assistant manager and approved by ownership). Answering customer questions and emails promptly and professionally. Managing active projects. Closing deals and turning conversations into signed projects. Submitting order needs to keep projects supplied and on schedule. Rolling Up Your Sleeves When the team needs an extra hand, you'll jump in to help with production or installation — because here, we believe in supporting each other to get the job done right. Staying in the Loop You'll participate in weekly team meetings to review project statuses, discuss upcoming tasks, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Who We're Looking For Someone with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, and is very comfortable communicating with customers. Oversee day-to-day production and workflow. A natural multitasker who can manage several projects at the same time. A team player willing to pitch in wherever needed. Communicate with customers about projects, timelines, approvals, and questions. Prepare quotes for potential projects, follow up with customers. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule and coordinate sign installations. Oversee production tasks and make sure projects stay on schedule. Coordinate with production and installation team members. Assist with sign production as needed. Able to troubleshoot production or installation issues and help find solutions. Prior experience in project management or the sign/print industry is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic matter just as much.
