Job Description

The project manager position is a dynamic position focused on design build sales and customer service support. This is an entry level position in this dept. Sales skills and customer service are typically required to be in this position. Strong self-drive and willingness to learn independently.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
  • Professional communication and prompt follow up, feedback, moving accurate information quickly and proficiently. Central pillar to success at BSR Continuous and clear follow up communication Accountability Problem solving Demoing equipment Team work
  • collaborate within the team with open and clear communication to work toward shared sales growth, and positive workplace culture.
Utilize CRM software and with clear and open communication to keep team and other departments informed on projects and leads. Team work is a central pillar to success at
BSR Project Management :
Work as a team to manage projects Coordination with accounting depts Coordination with installers and Operations personnel Coordination with subcontractors Coordination with designers; work with client and help answer questions on the design Coordination with vendors: lead times, freight issues, pricing, etc Coordination Project management team: open and clear communication to meet shared goals Coordination with Customer and/or
Contractor:
open and clear communication for excellent customer service, be the customers advocate Contracts, Submittals, Change orders, punch lists Sales
  • Prospecting, Qualifying, Relationship Building, Follow Up Utilizing our CRM.
Implement company objectives to fulfill sales goals.
Marketing :
Promote Customer relationships through Social Media and other sources of contact like demoing equipment, email marketing, etc. Professionalism
  • Look and act the part; independent self-education, eager want;

Team Volume Requirements:
Very proficient in current technology (Office, iPhone, CRM software, etc.) Sales Experience Kitchen Experience/ Culinary degree/ etc. Proficient at communication on phone and/or using technology to communicate Very organized/ prompt follow up skills
