Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager WeatherTech is seeking a well-qualified Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and launch of automotive, pet, and home products. This role is responsible for leading the project management team overseeing complex, cross-functional programs from concept through production and go-to-market execution. As a Senior Project Manager, you will Lead the product management team overseeing at least one direct report Manage full lifecycle project management for multiple concurrent programs Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-cost delivery Proactively identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies Serve as the central point of communication for project status, escalations, and decision-making Translate high-level direction into clear, actionable plans for execution teams Manage tooling, prototyping, validation, and production readiness milestones Ensure product quality, performance, and manufacturability standards are met Support go-to-market planning including packaging, pricing, and launch readiness Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and reporting structures Communicate clearly and work as part of a team Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 7+ years of project/program management experience in automotive, consumer products, or related industries Proven experience managing complex product development cycles, preferably in automotive accessories or aftermarket products Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, thermoforming, metals, textiles, etc.) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneur-led organizations is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with external contacts as well as internal departments within the company Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills Authorized to work in the United States Why you ll love working at WeatherTech WeatherTech is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
