at Creative Circle, LLC in Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States Job Description Overview of the Role A leading beauty retailer is seeking a TikTok Shop Project Manager to support the growth and execution of one of its fastest-growing commerce channels. This role will oversee go-to-market planning, activation management, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution for TikTok Shop initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with experience supporting ecommerce, social commerce, digital marketing, or retail marketing programs. This person will serve as a key connector across internal teams and external partners, ensuring activations, campaigns, events, and launches are delivered on time and with excellence.

40 hours per week Top 3 Required Qualifications Experience managing cross-functional marketing, ecommerce, social commerce, or digital programs Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating across internal teams and external partners Other Qualifications Experience supporting ecommerce, digital commerce, marketplace, or social media marketing initiatives Strong organizational and operational management skills Experience managing calendars, project plans, and go-to-market activities Ability to lead projects in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments Experience supporting campaign launches, promotional activations, or retail marketing programs Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience working with social commerce platforms, TikTok, influencer programs, livestream shopping, or ecommerce channels is a plus Key Responsibilities Manage the TikTok Shop go-to-market calendar and key channel initiatives Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and execution plans for campaigns, activations, and launches Support the execution of major brand events, livestreams, and promotional moments Partner with internal marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, creative, and operational teams to ensure alignment Coordinate communications and project updates across stakeholder groups Manage project schedules, trackers, meeting notes, and status reporting Facilitate collaboration with external vendors and partners Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges Support new initiatives, operational improvements, and channel innovations as business needs evolve Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives Ideal Candidate Profile Strong project manager with experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail environments Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders effectively Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving business environments Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and remove roadblocks Passionate about social commerce, digital innovation, and consumer engagement In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
