Job Description

CrossCom National, LLC is a recognized industry leader in retail voice, POS and data communications network implementation and maintenance. Founded in 1981, CrossCom provides national retailers with voice, POS and data communications systems solutions, including technology staging, asset management, installation, maintenance, cabling, rollout and chain-wide implementation. CrossCom National is the single source partner retailers depend on for in-store communications networking requirements. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines. Handle day-to-day coordination tasks (emails, scheduling, logistics). Act as the main point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accountability. Generate progress reports for the Project Manager and stakeholders. Help coordinate resource allocation and availability. Responsibilities Make quality day ahead calls on each ticket Complete check in and check out calls Review and approve deliverables Enter work requests in system Answer queue calls and respond to technician status and requests through the queue Ensure techs for your tickets are on time Manage techs progress throughout the day Obtain customer approval for all out of scope work Manage project on time check out of technicians Close orders and record all out of scope Experience/Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2 to 5 years work experience in positions of managing projects Telecom experience in retail industry experience desired Excellent technical skills across multiple products & disciplines Competencies Strong organizational and planning skills Superior customer focus and relationship building skills Strong decision making skills Communication skills Solid analytical and presentation skills Results oriented Ability to work well in a face paced environment and under pressure Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

$21.63 - $25.00 per hour
