Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Leadership Intern will support the VP of Operations and Operations Leadership team with scheduling, project coordination, communication, and administrative support. This role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, leadership, and project management, employee engagement, and organizational development, creating opportunities for learning and professional growth in a fast-paced environment. .
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support scheduling, meetings, and day-to-day administrative needs. Track projects, deadlines, action items, and follow-up items. Prepare meeting agendas, notes, reports, and presentations. Coordinate communication and follow-up across Operations and other departments. Assist with scheduling training, meetings, and project discussions. Help organize operational information, documentation, and SOPs. Gather and organize data for leadership review. Support special projects and process-improvement initiatives. Help keep priorities organized and projects moving forward.
NECESSARY
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and
OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Pursuing or completed degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Clear written and verbal communication Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to learn new systems quickly Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with leaders and employees across the organization Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
