Mid-Senior Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to lead the delivery of BAS / controls projects from award through commissioning and handover. This role sits at the centre of technical delivery, commercial control, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification . You will manage multiple projects across commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical environments, working closely with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and end clients. projects Own project scope, programme, budget, and risk management Coordinate controls engineers, site technicians, and subcontractors Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Manage project schedules, resourcing, and procurement Oversee design coordination, submittals, and technical documentation Track costs, variations, change orders, and forecasting Support commissioning, client handover, and close‑out activities Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements Report project status to senior management Required Experience & Skills Proven experience managing building automation / controls projects Strong understanding of

BAS / BMS
