Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will work closely with our CEO and VP of Construction to coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all construction regulations. Duties Assist in managing day-to-day project operations, schedules, and budgets

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Support bid preparation, contract administration, and change order tracking
• Help track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists
• Attend site visits and progress meetings alongside the VP of Construction
• Communicate project status and issues to leadership proactively Skills Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, and project scheduling techniques Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for infrastructure or commercial projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation purposes ands-on construction site experience with a focus on managing commercial projects Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse stakeholders Knowledge of contracts management including change order processing Familiarity with Procore is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required Salary Not Specified Yearly Location Deer Park, IL, 60010, U Benefits Vision Insurance Paid Time off Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401k
