Full-Time A growing Chicago construction and development firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead mid-sized construction projects ranging from $5M

•50M from preconstruction through closeout. This position offers significant project ownership, including responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, client relationships, subcontractor management, and team leadership . Responsibilities Manage $5M

•50M projects from planning through final completion and warranty Take ownership of project budgets, P&L, forecasting, schedules, and overall performance Lead preconstruction planning, proposals, estimates, schedules, and scopes of work Manage subcontractor bidding, negotiations, procurement, and contracts Coordinate design requirements, permitting, submittals, and inspections Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders Manage change orders, billing, draws, and cost tracking Oversee quality control, punch lists, closeout, and warranty documentation Mentor and manage APMs, Project Engineers, and field teams What We're Looking For 6-10 years of construction management experience Background in residential and/or commercial construction Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors Strong project ownership and financial management experience Proven leadership and client-facing communication skills Strong commitment to safety and quality Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take ownership of larger projects, lead teams, and continue progressing within a growing organization.
