West Loop, Chicago, IL ???? $140,000-$165,000 + Bonus/Benefits I'm currently working with a highly respected general contractor in Chicago that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team in the West Loop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a collaborative, innovative construction organization that places a major emphasis on client relationships, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Working On:
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams Maintain project schedules and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation Drive communication and accountability across the project team Participate in preconstruction and estimating efforts as needed Help deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Utilize Lean construction principles and innovative project-delivery strategies to improve efficiency and project outcomes

5+ years of commercial construction experience Previous experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, schedules, and budgets Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
