Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our cooler and shelving installation projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in coordinating project schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and field teams. This role is essential in keeping projects on track, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing workflow efficiency. ATSCo operates on the Entrepreneur Operating System, the Project Coordinator will be expected to embrace and support this structure. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Support the planning, execution, and completion of shelving and cooler installation projects, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met. •
Scheduling & Logistics:
Assist with scheduling installation crews, managing work orders, and coordinating material deliveries to job sites. •
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain project records, contracts, work permits, and compliance documents. •
Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, project managers, and field teams to ensure project details are clearly communicated. •
Budget & Expense Tracking:
Monitor project costs, assist in processing invoices, and maintain financial records for each project. •
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations, permits, and industry standards. Assist in managing risk assessments and safety documentation. •
Inventory Management:
Track materials, tools, and equipment needed for installations to prevent delays. •
Problem-Solving:
Identify potential project risks or delays and assist in implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications, Competencies, & Abilities:
Structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar Executive presence Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities Work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives Excellent time management and organizational skills Self-Motivated, with the ability to work with little or no supervision Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines Strong level of attention to detail Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others will understand Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment.

Education and Experience:
Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of computers and software, including standard MS Office applications
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with refrigeration systems, shelving installation, or construction logistics is a plus.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and vendors.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving:
