The Opportunity:
You will serve as the primary leader for commercial projects, bridging the gap between planning and execution to ensure zero surprises for our clients. This role empowers you to manage high-stakes builds with full accountability over budgets and schedules while upholding our core values of precision and partnership. You will have the authority to drive project success while mentoring the next generation of construction professionals within a supportive, field-rooted culture. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Direct all phases of commercial projects to ensure timely, economical completion and high-quality results. Execute comprehensive project planning, including the development of progress schedules and construction plans. Manage project financial health by authorizing spending and maintaining accurate weekly job cost systems. Coordinate seamlessly with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strict project timelines. Negotiate and execute owner change orders while documenting project delays to protect company interests. Cultivate lasting relationships with architects, engineers, and municipal authorities through professional representation. Supervise the closeout process, ensuring all punch list items, warranties, and as-built drawings are finalized.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of construction-related project management or supervisory experience. Proven ability to lead project teams and manage complex commercial construction workflows. Strong proficiency in interpreting project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Absolute willingness to travel to project assignments as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an accredited construction-related curriculum. Advanced knowledge of job costing systems and project analysis reporting. Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior staff or training candidates for advancement.
