Full-Time | Direct Hire Are you a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in highly engineered, hands-on manufacturing environments? This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects within a company that designs, builds, and manufactures its own automation and production systems from the ground up. This isn't a "manage from a distance" role—you'll be deeply embedded in operations, working cross-functionally with engineering, production, and leadership to drive projects from concept through full-scale production. What You'll Be Doing Lead multiple, concurrent projects tied to automation, production, and operational improvements Drive full lifecycle project execution—from planning and design through implementation and production ramp-up Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support in-house automation builds Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and scope to ensure successful delivery Act as the central point of coordination across operations, supply chain, and leadership Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and executive leadership Support facility and capacity expansion initiatives as the company continues to grow Champion continuous improvement across project management processes and execution What We're Looking For 7+ years of Project Management experience within manufacturing or industrial environments Strong background supporting automation, production equipment, or engineer-to-order systems Experience working in companies that design/build their own equipment is highly preferred Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders Comfortable operating in both structured and fast-moving environments Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with both traditional and agile project methodologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work on in-house automation systems—not off-the-shelf solutions High visibility role with direct impact on production and growth Collaborative, engineering-driven culture Opportunity to lead meaningful projects tied to expansion and innovation Competitive compensation up to $135K + bonus and full benefits Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information. #inauto
