Job Description:
I'm working with a major American Airline, looking to hire a Creative Project Manager for their photography team!
Location:
Chicago, IL - 3x a week onsite
Duration:
6 month to start with high potential to extend/convert Hourly rate: $48-55/hr About this role: Serve as the primary point of contact across internal creative teams, photographers, stylists, producers, and external production vendors Manage end-to-end photography project workflows, including intake, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, shoot planning, approvals, and final asset delivery Coordinate all aspects of photo production, including pre-production planning (shot lists, talent, locations), on-set logistics, and post-production timelines Ensure alignment on creative direction, brand standards, and deliverables across all photography initiatives Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing direction, feedback, and status updates
Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management within a creative production, photography, or in-house creative environment Hands-on experience managing photo shoots, production timelines, and creative asset delivery Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including working with photographers, stylists, and production teams Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience coordinating on-location and studio shoots is nice to have Interested?
