A growing Design Build General Contractor based in Downtown Chicago is looking to add a Project Manager to the team as they continue expanding across multiple market sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and projects ranging up to $70M in value, this is a great opportunity to join a business in growth mode and position yourself for a clear progression path into a Senior Project Manager role. The Opportunity Work across a diverse portfolio including multifamily, healthcare, commercial, education, interiors, residential and light industrial projects Projects ranging from smaller interior renovations through to large scale ground up developments up to $70M Join a collaborative Design Build environment with strong leadership and repeat clients Clear long term growth path into a Senior Project Manager position as the business continues to scale Opportunity to have a real impact within a growing contractor rather than being another number in a large corporate structure Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 $1,000/month car allowance 20% target bonus 4 weeks PTO Company ESOP program Strong healthcare and overall benefits package What They're Looking For Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Background within one or multiple sectors including multifamily, healthcare, interiors, commercial or industrial Ability to manage client relationships, subcontractors and project financials Design Build experience is a plus but not required
