We're seeking a senior architectural project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, while supervising interns & consultant engineers.

Role DescriptionClient is seeking a senior architectural project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, while supervising interns & consultant engineers.

The applicant will have the opportunity to lead all phases of the architectural design process, from schematic design through construction coordination. Experience with coordinating with & managing clients is essential. Preparing construction drawings will also be a critical part of the job description.

We are offering a position that has the potential to lead to a business partnership. Archamerica has an ever-growing list of repeat commercial, industrial, and restaurant clients; and the company has remained exceedingly profitable throughout the years. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented architect to become a part-owner of a successful architecture firm.

This is primarily a full-time in-office position. Although, a hybrid arrangement may be considered.

Salary will be dependent on the applicant's experience and qualifications.

QualificationsBachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited schoolMinimum of 10 years of architecture office experienceProficient and highly skilled in AutoCADCapable of maintaining a high level of quality, detail, and accuracyMust be able to work independently, with minimal supervisionMust have extensive experience with building codes & zoning ordinances
