Utility & Infrastructure Project Manager We're seeking an experienced Utility & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Ideal background:
5+ years of project management experience Utility, infrastructure, rail or transit experience preferred Amtrak, CTA, Metra, DOR, or MARC experience is a plus Strong contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, billing, and change order experience Ability to read plans, specifications, and installation drawings Strong estimating and labor factor analysis skills Advanced Excel/Microsoft Office skills Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills Bachelor's degree preferred What's offered: ?
