•85,000+ per year Four Peaks Roofing is looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to oversee our roofing and exterior construction projects from scheduling through final completion. This is not a desk-only project management position . We need someone who takes ownership of every job, communicates constantly, gets into the field, solves problems before they become bigger problems, and makes sure our customers have an excellent experience. The right person will have experience managing exterior construction projects and a strong working knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and related exterior trades . In addition to a $50,000 base salary , this position offers commissions and performance bonuses for generating and converting referrals, developing neighboring projects, producing positive customer reviews, and helping the company grow. A successful Project Manager should realistically target $65,000

•85,000+ in total annual compensation , depending on performance. Gas and vehicle reimbursement or company truck provided after 60 days. What You'll Be Responsible For You will take ownership of projects from the time they are ready for production until every trade is completed and the homeowner is satisfied.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organize and schedule all jobs and trades , including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior work. Coordinate scheduling between customers, sales representatives, management, suppliers, delivery companies, and installation crews . Be onsite in the morning at job starts to verify crews have arrived, materials are available, and the project is ready to proceed. Take and document appropriate before, during, and after photos for Company records. Confirm crews have the correct materials, scopes, instructions, and information necessary to complete each project. Communicate with supply houses and coordinate material orders, deliveries, shortages, returns, and additional material needs. Monitor projects throughout construction and address production issues quickly. Coordinate multiple trades so projects don't sit unfinished waiting for the next crew. Maintain regular communication with homeowners, sales reps and management so they know what's happening with their project. Keep the sales team and management informed regarding scheduling, progress, problems, changes, and completion. Ensure crews are completing work according to the Company's scope and quality expectations. Identify workmanship or completion issues and coordinate corrections when necessary. Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners . Create and manage punch lists and make sure outstanding items are actually completed and in a timely fashion. Make sure every trade and every project is completely wrapped up from beginning to end . Confirm the homeowner is satisfied before considering the project complete. Customer Experience, Referrals & Additional Income We don't want a Project Manager who simply gets a roof installed and moves on. We want someone who creates such a good experience that customers want to recommend Four Peaks to their friends, family, and neighbors . Part of your compensation above your base salary will be tied to your ability to help create additional business. You'll be expected to: Build strong relationships with homeowners throughout construction. Ask satisfied customers for referrals . Generate opportunities with neighbors surrounding active projects . Follow up on referrals and help convert them into new Four Peaks customers. Ask satisfied homeowners for honest online reviews. Help turn completed projects into additional business for the Company. Referral and neighboring-project commissions, along with performance bonuses, provide the opportunity to increase total compensation substantially above the $50,000 base salary. What We're Looking For Exterior construction/project management experience is strongly preferred. This is not intended to be an entry-level construction position.

The ideal candidate should have:

Previous project management, production management, superintendent, or similar construction experience . Working knowledge of residential roofing systems and proper installation standards . Knowledge and understanding of siding, gutters, windows, and other exterior trades . Ability to recognize proper versus improper installation and workmanship. Strong organizational and scheduling skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, salespeople, installers, suppliers, and management. Ability to manage numerous active projects without losing track of details. Strong problem-solving ability. A sense of urgency and willingness to take ownership of problems. Ability and willingness to spend significant time in the field and on active job sites . Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Comfortable using a smartphone, taking project photos, communicating electronically, and maintaining accurate job records. The Person We're Looking For We need someone who thinks: "This is my project, and I'm responsible for making sure it gets finished correctly." Not someone who says: "That's the salesperson's problem." "That's the crew's problem." "That's the supplier's problem." If a crew doesn't show up, we need you working on the solution. If materials are missing, we need you getting it handled. If the homeowner has a concern, we need you communicating with them. If another trade needs to be scheduled, we need you making sure it happens. And when the project is finished, we want you standing with the homeowner during the final walkthrough making sure they're happy with the work Four Peaks delivered.

•85,000+ annually. Actual compensation above base salary will depend upon individual performance, qualifying referrals and sales, and achievement of applicable bonus requirements.
