PTO Project Manager The Project Manager holds overall management responsibility for all aspects of fire protection construction projects from conception through systems functioning as intended. They will oversee or conduct scheduling, planning, actual construction, expediting, inspection, quality control, and total delivery of the project according to established criteria. They are responsible for tracking, forecasting, and communicating all costs, profits, and financial measures of the project. Through coordination with the site superintendent, the PM will organize and manage all the elements involved in construction - labor, temporary and permanent materials, equipment, supplies, utilities, and time. The pay range is $60k-$70k/YR, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage projects to meet safety, quality, productivity, budget, and profitability goals.

Monitor project progress, labor hours, crew mix, staffing levels, billings, and cash flow to maintain schedule and budget compliance.

Identify project changes affecting cost, labor, or timelines, and ensure timely completion of change estimates and change orders.

Review drawings, lead or support field checks, forecast manpower needs, and oversee subcontractor performance.

Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, permits, contract requirements, quality standards, and payment processes.

Communicate project status, modifications, and performance updates to owners, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project records and recommend improvements to project management processes and business practices. Job Qualifications Construction Management/Engineering/Business degree preferred

High Level of self-motivation

Ability to multi-task

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background and reference check
