ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

We have been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Project Manager in Chicago, Illinois . Electrical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical Project Manager in Chicago, IL is between $125,000 and $175,000 plus bonus and vechile allowance Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off & holidays ESOP One remote day a week Key Responsibilities Oversee full electrical construction scope from preconstruction through close-out Interface with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with design specifications Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to produce layouts and materials lists Manage all financial aspects including budgets, buyouts, billing, and change orders Approve transactions, subcontractor requisitions, material purchases, etc. Maintain project documentation and logs Contribute to value engineering, project accounting, and BIM coordination Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred 5+ years of electrical project management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera), and BIM/CAD tools Union or non-union backgrounds welcome Preferred but not required: PMP Certification #BASE1
