Be the final word on technical excellence. You'll ensure our work is top-tier by running Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), setting the gold standard for office and field procedures,

Help our talented staff grow their careers through hands-on mentoring and training. You'll also be key in recruiting the next generation of all-star surveyors.

Project Leadership:

Take the reins on exciting projects from start to finish. This includes crafting proposals, keeping project budgets on track, and managing the finances.

You have 8+ years of real-world surveying experience under your belt.

The Credentials:

You're a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or you have your S.I.T. and are on the fast track to getting licensed.

Qualifications 8+ years of professional surveying experience; Professional Land Surveyor registration (PLS) or ability to obtain licensure with having S.I.T.; Knowledge of technological advances, principles, techniques and practices of land surveying; Experience with survey project management; including preparation of proposals, tracking project budgets, and billing review; Ability to speak and write professionally; Ability to provide guidance and mentoring to staff in the survey practice; Ability to assist in growth of survey practice using marketing and networking techniques. • $154,494 based on experience and location (in addition, CEC offers overtime pay and other great benefits).
