Responsibilities Coordinate and manage research and development projects from conception to completion Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Develop and execute business expansion strategies to achieve company goals. Conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. Lead the setup of new locations, including licensing, staffing, and operational setup. Manage and mentor business development teams across multiple locations. Experience in Home Healthcare, Homecare, Caregiving or similar field Managerial or supervisory experience within the homecare setting Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite Excellent Leadership and people skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clients and caregivers.
