View More Jobs Project Manager - Business Enablement, Operations, & Technology Northbrook, IL, United States and 1 more Be the First to Apply Job Description The Project Manager partners closely with Business Enablement, Operations, Technology, and other cross‑functional teams to plan and deliver small to medium initiatives that improve processes, enable automation, and support technology changes. The role focuses on driving business outcomes, customer delivery, and operational efficiency across global sites. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives that support business and operational needs Serve as a collaborative leader who fosters teamwork, creativity, and shared accountability across project teams Act as the primary point of contact for project activities, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution Apply project governance and delivery discipline while remaining flexible to evolving priorities Plan, track, and manage project milestones, timelines, and resources across global teams Coordinate interdependencies between initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business goals Support change management and adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working Enable clear, transparent communication to stakeholders at all levels Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across global sites Qualifications Skills Strong project management, collaboration, and facilitation skills Ability to partner effectively with Operations and cross‑functional teams Clear communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences Creative, solution‑oriented, and adaptable in dynamic environments Comfortable working across time zones and with global stakeholders Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models Experience & Education 3-5+ years of project management experience preferred Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or technology initiatives Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field PMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred but not required What you'll experience working for ULS UL Solutions has been pioneering change since 1894 and we're still leading the way. Total Rewards:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
