• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, forecasts, and resource requirements.
• Lead project teams, facilitate meetings, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Review contract proposals, bids, and project documentation.
• Prepare and manage project financial forecasts, including monthly cash flows.
• Interpret civil construction plans and oversee field activities, including site visits.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership. Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in utility, civil construction, or engineering projects, preferably utility relocation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and plans.
• Experience reviewing contractor bids and proposals.
• Strong financial forecasting and budget management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification preferred; PE license is a plus.
• Ability to travel throughout the West Suburban Illinois region for project site visits. What's in this Project Manager position for you?

Pay Details:
