Job Description
Project Manager ( Commercial Glass)The position is approximately 90% office-based management and 10% construction site and/or warehouse management.
Strong attention to detail, planning, and teamwork are essential.
Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
Full-time, in-person position in Peoria, IL.Must be willing to learn new things.
Health insurance and 401(k) offered.
Daily ResponsibilitiesReview architectural construction documents and collaborate with the drafting department to create project-specific fabrication drawings.
Oversee the submittal and approval process for fabrication drawings with each project's architect of record.
Solicit quotes and order project materials while managing budgets, manufacturing and delivery timelines, and project schedules.
Communicate with jobsite representatives from other companies and Kelly Glass installers to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
Coordinate with other Project Managers and the Field Operations Supervisor to schedule installations, manpower, and material deliveries several weeks in advance.
