Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large‑scale GIS platform upgrade initiative. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex IT projects in alignment with established PMO standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and brings strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery execution skills.

This role will manage multiple workstreams involving IT, business operations, and external partners, ensuring project objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance are successfully achieved.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and documentation objectives are metCollaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders including IT teams (infrastructure, testing, cybersecurity, operations), business units, and external partnersCoordinate and govern activities performed by system integrators, including task planning, deliverable reviews, issue resolution, and change controlEnsure project execution adheres to PMO methodologies, standards, templates, and reporting requirementsFacilitate working sessions, design reviews, and decision forums related to GIS data modeling, workflows, and system integration impactsPartner with subject matter experts to validate data models, standards, and implementation readinessIdentify and manage project risks and dependencies related to data quality, system integration, resourcing, and cutover activitiesManage project communications to ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholdersManage project budgets, including financial planning, tracking actuals vs. plan, monthly forecasting, and accrual reporting
