Company Summary Accord Federal Services, LLC is a veteran owned government contracting firm located in Knoxville, TN. Our core area of business is facility management and maintenance of federal government properties. We have been in operation for over thirteen years and have existing contracts at locations across the country. Our main customers include Dept of Veterans Affairs, NASA, Space Force, USACE, Dept of Energy, Federal Aviation Administration, NOAA, and many other federal government agencies. Project Manager•
Rock Island Arsenal Responsibilities :
Directly responsible for all aspects of the effort and shall have the autonomy from the corporate headquarters to execute the effort unimpeded by corporate management. Must be highly qualified and possess general supervisory experience, maintenance management experience and/or transportation experience directly applicable to this effort. Must have specific management experience in supply, maintenance, and asset management. Must have a minimum 6 years of management experience in army logistics operations. Must have experience with financial management and knowledge of army logistics information systems. Directly oversees Project Management Office (PMO) in addition to maintenance functional area Lead and 20 working Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs). Responsible for all maintenance operations under this effort and must have at least 6 years of direct supervisory experience in a setting involving the Maintenance of Army Materiel and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures dealing with Army Materiel Maintenance Management. The Maintenance Manager must have a comprehensive knowledge of the logistics information systems in use and must have the ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services as required. The Maintenance Manager must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions. Essential Project Management Functions Manage and oversee Rock Island Arsenal, IL contract for Accord Federal Services. Liaison between government agencies, teaming partners, and Accord corporate leadership. Maintain cost accountability while working within the confines of the contract and Accord accounting department. Ensure all contract requirements listed in the scope of work are adhered to. Keep detailed records of all work performed on-site. Accurately track Accord employees' time worked on specific jobs/tasks. Accurately track compensation for all Accord employees, specific to each job. Effectively communicate and maintain accountability with Accord employees. Meet with and communicate with government contracting officers and contracting officer representatives on a regular basis to ensure contract performance levels are adequate and maintain customer satisfaction. Ability to navigate government contracting and payment websites.
Requirements:
General Requirements Must be highly qualified with general supervisory experience, supply asset management, and property accountability procedures. No less than 6 years of management experience in army logistics operations, asset visibility and property management experience, and must be highly familiar with property accountability processes and procedures to include current systems of record. Must have specific management experience in transportation or maintenance management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of Army regulations related to the daily operations of the Installation Material Maintenance Activity and Installation Transportation. Must have a minimum of 6 years' experience supervising shop operations within a multi-commodity Army installation level maintenance activity such as a maintenance training center, motor pool, Direct Support, General Support, or Depot maintenance activity. Skilled in reading and interpreting STAMIS outputs to effectively and efficiently execute maintenance workload to achieve a high state of readiness for supported units. Must be familiar with all Field and Sustainment level maintenance programs. Must understand ISO and quality system program level functions. SF-85 level clearance required to obtain CAC Card. Ability to direct and supervise. Excellent written and verbal communication skill, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organizations.
Education and Citizenship Requirements Required:
US nationality/citizenship and residence, with verbal and written fluency in English.

SF-85 level clearance required to obtain CAC Card.
