Position Overview The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects — ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining ProSep's high quality standards. The PM serves as the primary point of coordination between management, customers, engineering, shop, and suppliers, ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders. The PM also oversees process improvement initiatives, new technology implementations, and new product launches. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each manufacturing or R&D initiative Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams throughout project lifecycle Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, external customers, and suppliers Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and proactively manage expectations Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records Budget & Resource Management Estimate project costs, allocate resources, and track expenditures throughout the project Optimize use of materials, labor, and equipment to maintain budget targets Manage and maintain ERP/BOM program to ensure accurate project data Support financial tracking and reporting using QuickBooks as needed Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop practical mitigation strategies Monitor risks related to equipment, supply chain, and labor throughout the project lifecycle Work collaboratively with QA to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement practical improvements Support the introduction of new technologies and production methods Types of Projects Manufacturing Projects Laboratory / R&D Projects Pilot Projects Essential Skills & Qualifications Understanding of manufacturing systems, machinery, and production workflows Familiarity with laboratory protocols and pilot-scale project execution Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and troubleshoot delays Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Microsoft Planner, or Gantt chart software Familiarity with ERP/BOM systems Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks) preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification is a plus but not required
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
