Job Description
Project Manager - Roofing, Solar & Insulation Green Attic is hiring a full‑time Project Manager to oversee roofing, solar, and insulation projects across the Chicagoland area. This role is ideal for someone with real roofing expertise — especially TPO systems — who wants to manage multiple divisions, lead crews, and keep production moving year‑round. During peak season, you will manage residential roofing , commercial roofing , and solar installations . As the season slows, you will shift into overseeing insulation projects , ensuring steady workflow and strong customer satisfaction until roofing and solar ramp back up in the spring.

Chicagoland Responsibilities:
Manage roofing projects from approved estimate to completion Coordinate crews, schedules, materials, vendors, permits, inspections, and dumpsters Review project scope before work starts Visit jobsites to check progress, quality, safety, and cleanup Communicate with customers, crews, vendors, office staff, and sales team Track photos, notes, approvals, change orders, and closeout documents Identify and resolve issues early, including delays, material problems, and customer concerns Make sure each project is completed properly and documented clearly Maintain production flow across multiple divisions throughout the year Enforce strict company safety protocols, ensuring all crews properly utilize fall protection and necessary safety gear.Requirements:
TPO roofing experience required Roofing project management or roofing coordination experience preferred Residential roofing experience required Commercial roofing experience is a plus Solar experience is a plus Strong understanding of roofing materials, scopes, schedules, and jobsite coordination Experience working with crews, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and customers Strong communication and organization skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work from the Mount Prospect office and visit jobsites across Chicagoland Able to manage multiple projects without constant follow‑upWhat We're Looking For:
