In this on-site role, you will serve as the central hub between customers, sales, and our internal manufacturing teams. From order review through production, mailing, and final billing, youll ensure every project is delivered accurately, on time, and above expectations. What Youll Do Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and production teams Review orders against estimates to ensure accuracy and alignment Create and maintain complete job files and production documentation Coordinate materials, templates, samples, and proofs Develop clear work instructions for pre-press, press, and post-press teams Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time press starts and delivery Communicate job status, changes, and potential issues proactively Manage change notices and ensure documentation accuracy for billing Oversee post-production activities including shipping and mailing Ensure completed job files are properly documented and submitted for invoicing
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience 5+ years in the printing industry (customer service or project management) Strong understanding of pre-press operations and various printing processes Knowledge of inline and post-press lettershop finishing Familiarity with USPS specifications is a plus Pre-press or bindery experience is helpful Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and math proficiency Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational and interpersonal skills ERP system experience preferred Visio experience a plus College degree in Business or Graphic Arts Management preferred
