A Landscape Project Manager oversees landscape projects from planning through completion. The role combines project management, landscape/construction knowledge, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication .
Job Description Position:
Landscape Project Manager Key responsibilities: Manage landscape construction and installation projects from start to finish. Develop project schedules, budgets, estimates, and timelines. Coordinate crews, suppliers and clients. Review landscape plans, drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Conduct job-site visits and monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity. Order materials, equipment, plants, irrigation components, and other supplies. Track labor, materials, change orders, and project costs. Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, changes, and expectations. Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions when plans or site conditions change. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record 5 years experience in this or a related field is required Previous leadership experience Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
