Job Description

Paragon Force is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Program/Project II to support the Joint Cross-Functional Munitions Team (JXMT). This position will provide programmatic, schedule, and administrative support to facilitate the planning, execution, and tracking of complex technical initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining critical project management tools, coordinating schedules and action items, supporting communications across multiple stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and supporting high-visibility Department of Defense programs. Essential Responsibilities Program and Project Management Support Implement improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy. Utilize advanced Excel functionality including formulas, dynamic arrays, Power Query, dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and data connections. Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions as they become available to enhance program effectiveness. Assist with migration and adoption of future cloud-based solutions anticipated within the JXMT environment. Communications and Coordination Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the program team. Prepare and distribute meeting invitations, agendas, meeting notes, decision records, and action item summaries. Track action item status and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Facilitate communication among government personnel, contractors, and program stakeholders. Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve program visibility. Research and develop creative solutions when operating within technical, organizational, or system limitations. Demonstrate initiative in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies that support mission success. Recommend enhancements to existing reporting, tracking, and management processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively interact with government and contractor personnel in a professional environment. Desired Qualifications Microsoft Office Expertise Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Complex formulas and functions Dynamic arrays Power Query Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts Data connections and linked workbooks Dashboard development and reporting Additional Technical Skills Microsoft Project Microsoft Visio Microsoft Power BI SharePoint Administration and Collaboration Tools Microsoft Teams and Outlook, including coordination of large meetings with up to 200 participants Professional Competencies Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing solutions. Ability to thrive in evolving technical environments and adapt to changing requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Experience Experience supporting Department of Defense programs, acquisition organizations, engineering teams, or technical project environments. Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking complex project deliverables. Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
