This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet.• ProSync is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager III to oversee day‑to‑day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as senior project/program leader supporting a U.S. Navy customer, overseeing complex technical and programmatic activities. Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as: Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams. Oversee program strategy, execution, and reporting. Conduct senior‑level briefings and stakeholder engagement. Manage program risk, cost, and performance. Requirements 15+ years of project/program management experience. Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment. A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
