Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Project Manager to oversee janitorial services for a dedicated commercial account. This position will manage daily operations, lead onsite employees, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure the facility consistently meets quality, safety, and service standards. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable managing people and priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Frontline Qualifications:
Previous experience managing janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or commercial service operations. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to organize work, manage schedules, and prioritize competing needs. Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day operational decisions. Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the facility during the workday. Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily janitorial operations for one assigned commercial account. Lead, train, coach, and schedule onsite cleaning staff. Monitor cleaning quality and ensure services are completed according to client expectations. Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues promptly. Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and ABM leadership. Track attendance, staffing coverage, supply inventory, and equipment needs. Respond to client requests and resolve concerns professionally. Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning standards. Complete reports, inspections, work orders, and other required documentation. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members. Coordinate special projects, deep cleaning, and additional service needs. Maintain a safe, professional, and well-organized work environment.
