- We are a full-service electrical construction, maintenance, and design-build firm. We have worked on thousands of projects ranging from commercial tenant improvements and high-rise developments to high-voltage distribution and railroad lighting systems.

- The Project Manager position is a critical role for the company.

- + Drive the project's overall flow effectively from inception to completion.

PREFERRED
EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
- + Minimum 7-10 years related experience in electrical industry. + High School diploma or GED required. + Bachelor of Science with an engineering or construction management focus preferred; Master's in related field is a plus. + Knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation. + Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- + Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) + Familiarity with AutoCAD, and other electrical, technical, or construction programs. + Familiarity with project management/document control software. + Familiarity with construction/financial software packages.

Compensation Range:
We offer a competitive Annual Salary starting at $100K - $160K inclusive of potential year-end bonus.Other Compensation:
Eligible for a company vehicle or supplemental vehicle allowance for work-related travel. Eligible for year-end discretionary bonus.Benefits:
