This role focuses on project coordination, documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. This role is responsible for following all documented cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and Policies designed to support the development, implementation, and control of the
ISO 22716
2007 standard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: After initial training period is complete, the Product Launch Coordinator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Product Assortment & Project Coordination Support management of current product assortment across Indoor brands Assist in maintaining product development timelines and project trackers Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments Track project milestones and follow up on deadlines Maintain product development documentation and records Product Development Support Assist in requesting samples (formula, fragrance, packaging, components) Help organize and track product development samples Assist with proofreading label copy and marketing materials Support product launch preparation and execution Maintain product specification and product information documents Administrative & Operational Support Maintain department documents and shared folders Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up notes Track competitive products and industry updates Assist with internal product information requests Support preparation of presentations and internal materials Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Marketing, Regulatory, Sales, and Operations teams as needed Assist with product information for sales and customer support teams Help coordinate internal launch communication Additional Responsibilities Assist with trade show and meeting preparation as needed Maintain confidentiality of company information Support team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred. Must be proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite:
word, excel, power point, outlook, adobe, etc.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
