Overview Rhino Consulting & Coaching represents a client seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Painting Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years in professional painting experience, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies and tools. This position requires effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with all contractual obligations.

Our ideal candidate would enjoy:

Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborating with company leadership, internal and subcontracted painting crews, and clients to ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables are all met. Utilizing project management software for tracking progress and managing documentation. Daily monitoring of on-site activities to ensure safety standards are met and quality control is maintained. Managing project schedules using effective time management techniques to ensure timely completion of tasks. Facilitating communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to keep everyone informed of progress and changes. As a candidate you will bring to the company: Proven experience in team management and project management within the painting industry. Familiarity with commercial site operations and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management tools is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in english and spanish.
