Onboarding Consultant - Keep Projects Moving Are you highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects, and strong in Excel? This long-term contract opportunity puts you at the center of onboarding activities for a growing healthcare organization, coordinating the details that help new employees get ready for their first day. This position is 100% onsite in Muncie, IN.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate onboarding and pre-hire requirements Manage background checks, health assessments, references, I-9s and other paperwork Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the onboarding process Track deadlines, start dates and onboarding activities Manage information and reports using Excel Support onboarding projects across multiple locations

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required 3+ years of project coordination experience, required Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills This is an opportunity to take on a highly organized, project-focused role where keeping the details moving is essential to a successful onboarding experience.

$28-34/hour
