Job Description
We are seeking a Site Leader / Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the radiopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This individual will lead large-scale equipment installation projects, acting as the bridge between the customer and internal teams to ensure successful delivery from planning through commissioning. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will manage complex, long-term projects and play a critical role in supporting the production of nuclear medicine. What You'll Do Serve as the main point of contact for 2-3 major client accounts Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning through installation and startup Oversee on-site installation activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, service, and contractors Manage customer relationships, including high-pressure situations and issue resolution Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and site requirements Support commissioning, validation, and turnover of equipment
What We're Looking For Required:
Proven experience managing demanding, customer-facing projects Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure client interactions Experience leading projects involving equipment installation, commissioning, or startupPreferred:
Project management experience with external clients Site leadership experience in industrial or construction environments Familiarity with GMP or regulated environments Exposure to pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing processes Understanding of automation systems (PLC, controls, industrial equipment) Knowledge of OSHA and site safety practices Why Join Us?
