Reports to: Operations Manager Works closely with: Account Managers, Sales, Landscape Maintenance Production Manager, Turf & Irrigation Production Manager Seat Purpose I lead and manage all installation operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently, crews are prepared and accountable, and work is completed to company quality and safety standards. Primary Accountabilities Crew Leadership & Development I lead, coach, and develop installation crew leaders and crews to operate independently, follow processes, and uphold company standards. Project Execution I plan and oversee installation work to ensure projects progress smoothly from start to completion with minimal disruption or rework. Schedule & Resource Coordination I coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support efficient and timely project execution. Quality Control I ensure installation work meets company standards through regular jobsite oversight and corrective action when needed. Accountability & Performance Management I hold crews accountable for attendance, performance, job readiness, and adherence to processes. Coordination with Sales & Account Managers (Not Client Ownership) I communicate proactively with Sales and Account Managers regarding scope clarification, job readiness, and field observations. I understand that client communication and expectations remain with Sales. Safety & Compliance I enforce safety standards and ensure all installation work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies. Definition of Success I am successful when installation projects are executed efficiently and safely, crews are prepared and accountable, quality standards are consistently met, and projects move forward without unnecessary delays or reactive intervention.
