What They're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Experience leading commercial projects across healthcare, higher education, industrial, office, or mixed-use sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
