Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging in food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Whether you have prior restaurant experience or are new to the food service industry, this position provides valuable hands-on experience and growth opportunities. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Qu Beyond POS for order processing and transactions Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and timely service Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean environment Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation Support team members in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure quality and safety of all food served Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurants, or café environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Retail sales experience including upselling techniques is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed Prior experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or cashiering is desirable but not mandatory This role offers an engaging environment where teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are valued.
