Job Description
Position Overview TL Steel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our estimating and project management operations. This position plays a key role in organizing bid information, maintaining project documentation, tracking material pricing, and assisting with administrative duties throughout the lifecycle of each project. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all bid and job files
- Prepare and organize prints and documents for upcoming bids
- Keep current and accurate pricing records for materials and suppliers
- Assist with estimating and project documentation
- Handle paperwork and administrative tasks for awarded jobs
- Coordinate and track project-related documents and communications
- Support project managers and estimators with daily operations
- Ensure files, contracts, and records are updated and properly maintained
- Perform additional office and project support tasks as needed Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and computer skills
- Experience in construction, estimating, or project administration preferred but not required
