Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a Projector Coordinator with 3 or more years of experience to independently manage and execute multiple projects across our theatre operations group with minimal supervision. This role will be responsible for coordinating large scale initiatives, including premium large format auditorium signage installations, speaker upgrades, hearing impaired and closed captioning equipment deployments, and concession equipment rollouts at theatres nationwide. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, comfortable managing competing priorities, and confident in holding vendors and installation partners accountable to project timelines and deliverables. Success in this position requires strong project coordination skills, the ability to execute project plans with little follow up, and a willingness to push projects forward while communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Candidates with experience in industries such as cinema, audiovisual systems, sight and sound technology, telecommunications, or related fields will stand out.
