You'll manage roofing projects from estimate to completion while playing a major role in driving revenue and profitability. What You'll Be Doing Prepare accurate and competitive roofing estimates using AccuLynx and other estimating tools Review inspections, plans, scopes, and contracts to develop clear, profitable proposals Negotiate pricing and scopes with clients, subcontractors, and material suppliers Manage roofing projects from start to finish—scheduling crews, ordering materials, and overseeing execution Control job costs and maximize margins to increase overall profitability (and your earnings) Work closely with field crews to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every project Proactively identify challenges such as weather delays, scope changes, or material shortages Provide regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and company quality expectations What You Bring to the Table Experience in roofing estimating and project management Strong understanding of roofing systems (residential, commercial, flat, metal, or storm restoration) Confidence negotiating contracts, pricing, and scopes Ability to read and interpret inspections, plans, and roofing details Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Knowledge of roofing safety standards and quality control Strong communication skills with customers, crews, and vendors Why This Role Is Different This isn't a capped-salary position.
