They focus primarily on commercial, education, retail, healthcare, and multifamily projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to develop their career with a company known for quality, collaboration, and long-term project success. Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on site. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong Procore experience. Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects. Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
