Work includes mounting splice boxes and conduit, pulling CAT6 through attic spaces, drill downs and drops for AP/Data jacks and testing and certifying. Equipment and tools on site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network and post-wire, construction management, and project scheduling, with a passion for driving project success through proactive leadership and meticulous attention to detail. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and management of the project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards Develop detailed project schedules Review construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to verify system design accuracy Conduct construction schedule coordination meetings with teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project momentum Review construction site activities regularly for quality assurance, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications

Requirements:

Proven experience managing large-scale electrical or low voltage projects within the construction industry Strong knowledge of low voltage systems design, blueprints reading (including schematics) Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively on construction sites Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and meeting deadlines under pressure Construction site experience including blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is highly desirable
