Job Description
•Role Overview The Special Projects Coordinator is a pivotal, multi-functional, and collaborative role to support business operations for Raising Spirits, a campus bar operation. This person will work directly with ownership and leaders to manage strategic projects, drive connectivity across different areas of the business, and support the behind the scenes operations of three campus bars in two separate markets. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, where no two days will be the same

•Key Responsibilities Project Coordination — Lead and support special projects across the business, including operational improvements, guest experience initiatives, vendor transitions, and new service rollouts. Analytical Evaluation — Gather data, compare options, evaluate tradeoffs, and prepare clear recommendations to support leadership decision‑making. Operational Support — Assist with process development, workflow optimization, and problem solving across operations. Administrative Excellence — Manage scheduling, documentation, meeting prep, follow‑ups, and general administrative duties with accuracy and professionalism. On‑the‑Ground Execution — Support leadership with errands, vendor coordination, supply runs, event setup, and other hands‑on tasks essential to bar operations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with managers and staff across stores to gather information, follow up on priorities, and provide support where needed Guest Experience Support — Assist with initiatives that elevate service quality, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency. Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication, and overall operational performance. Innovative thinking

•Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, business administration, personal assistant, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate options and present clear recommendations. Track record of taking initiative, delivering quality work, and problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software). Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands and operational support. A college degree from a four year institution preferred

Variable, with majority during 9-5 window Compensation range: $50,000
•$65,000 based on experience and fit for role
