We have tremendous opportunities for driven leaders looking for a high-energy career. Delta Services of The State Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Louisville, Kentucky . Delta Services, founded in 2004 in Louisville, KY, specializes in electric utility work. Their Utility Division provides 24/7 emergency response and handles transformer installations, voltage conversions, and comprehensive system upgrades.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project management and coordination of complex electrical projects. Direct subcontractors and self-performed work. Manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones. Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software. Ensure quality construction standards are followed. Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

5+ years of electrical project management experience. A bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the skilled trades, is preferred. Experience with industrial projects with a minimum of $2.5 M. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Preferred experience managing a wide range of project sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, turnkey projects. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are important. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
