•  Manage heavy industrial construction projects from planning through completion
•  Develop project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies
•  Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
•  Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation
•  Coordinate with owners, engineers, and stakeholders regarding project progress and risks
•  Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements

•  Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
•  5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial construction
•  Background supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Renewables, or heavy industrial projects
•  Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects ($10M+ preferred)
•  Strong experience with civil and concrete scopes
•  Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, estimates, and work instructions
•  Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
•  Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and/or Primavera
•  Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
•  AutoCAD experience
•  Experience mentoring Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, or junior Project Managers
•  Design-build project experience
