- Manage heavy industrial construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and stakeholders regarding project progress and risks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial construction
- Background supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Renewables, or heavy industrial projects
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects ($10M+ preferred)
- Strong experience with civil and concrete scopes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, estimates, and work instructions
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and/or Primavera
- Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- AutoCAD experience
- Experience mentoring Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, or junior Project Managers
- Design-build project experience
